Most pillows hold your head. This one warms the place that carries it. Slow-rebound memory foam shapes to the neck, and a heating pad inside sits right where the neck meets the shoulders. Press the button for three steps of warmth. After 30 minutes it switches off on its own, so you can drift off without thinking about it.

Heat. A contoured pillow with a separate neck roll that sits in front of it. Rest on the roll on your back, or turn and lie on the wings on your side. One button for three heat settings.

Heat + massage. A flat contoured pillow with a raised neck edge and two buttons: one for three heat settings, one for three levels of gentle vibration. Use them together or one at a time.

Unplug before washing. Unzip the cover and hand wash it in cool water, then let it dry completely. Do not wash the foam or the heating pad; spot clean the foam only.

How to use

1. Plug the USB-C cable into the pillow and the wall adapter into an outlet, or use a 5V/2A power bank.
2. Lie back with the back of your neck on the neck roll (Heat) or the raised edge (Heat + massage).
3. Press and hold the heat button to switch it on or off, then press it briefly to step through the three heat settings.
4. Heat + massage only: press the second button for three levels of gentle vibration. Use it with or without the heat.
5. It switches itself off after 30 minutes. Unplug it when you are done.

Safety

• For your safety, unplug it before you settle in for the night, and do not keep restarting the heat while you sleep.
• Not for children, or for anyone who cannot feel heat well or cannot move away from it without help.
• Start on the lowest setting. If it feels too hot, turn it down or switch it off.
• Do not cover it with a blanket or fold it while the heat is on, and do not use it wet or damaged.
• Do not use the massage on an injury, a swelling or broken skin.
• Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant, have diabetes, poor circulation, a pacemaker or another implanted medical device.
• Use only the adapter in the box or a 5V/2A power bank. Unplug before cleaning.

To return it for a refund, it needs to be unused, with its cover unwashed and everything that came in the box, including the adapter and cable. Switching it on at home to test the heat is fine. Email hello@wintermae.com with your order number and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is paid by you, and a $15 restocking fee is taken from the refund on heated items. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Need a different style? Same 7 days. Return shipping is paid by you, there is no restocking fee on an exchange, and we send the replacement once yours is on its way back.
