Refund policy

We want you to keep what you love and send back what you don't. Here is how it works.

30-day returns

You can return any unworn, unwashed item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Socks and leggings must be unworn for hygiene reasons.

Free size exchanges

If the fit isn't right, we exchange for another size of the same item at no cost, as long as that size is in stock. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will send the replacement as soon as the original is on its way back.

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email hello@wintermae.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange.
2. We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label (US addresses) and instructions.
3. Pack the item in its original packaging and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the item arriving at our returns center. Your bank may take a further 3 to 10 business days to post it.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email hello@wintermae.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping. You will not be asked to pay return shipping.

What can't be returned

Items marked final sale, gift cards, and items returned after 30 days or showing signs of wear or washing. Heated jackets must be returned with all components and without damage to the heating panels or wiring.

Shipping costs

Original shipping charges are refunded when an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong. For change-of-mind returns the original shipping charge is not refunded, and $6.95 is deducted from the refund to cover the prepaid return label unless you choose a size exchange, which is free.

Cancellations

Orders ship fast. If you need to cancel, email us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that the order may already be packed, in which case please use the return process above.
