Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase made on wintermae.com (the "Site"). By placing an order you agree to them. The Site is operated by Wintermae, India ("we", "us").

1. Orders

When you place an order you make an offer to buy the products at the prices shown, plus shipping and any applicable taxes. We may accept or decline any order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud. An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. If we cancel an order after payment you will receive a full refund.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect an order we have already accepted. Payment is taken at the time of order through our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

3. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times, costs and coverage are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.

4. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms. In short: unworn items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, size exchanges are free, and damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full.

5. Product information

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors can look different between screens, and some product photos are styled studio images; the last photo in each product's gallery shows the item as it ships. If a product isn't as described, our returns policy applies.

6. Heated products

The heated jacket is powered by a standard 5V USB power bank, which is not included. Use only a 5V/2A power bank, remove it before washing, and follow the care instructions supplied. Don't use the jacket if the heating panels or cable are damaged.

7. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes can't be combined unless we say otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Automatic bundle discounts are applied at checkout to eligible items only.

8. Your account and conduct

You agree to give accurate information, to keep your account details secure, and not to use the Site for anything unlawful or that could damage it.

9. Intellectual property

The Wintermae name, logo, photography and site content belong to us or our licensors and can't be used without written permission.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Privacy

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you are a consumer in the United States, nothing in this clause takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.
