How does the heated jacket work?
Three heating zones (chest and back) powered by any USB power bank, the one you already use for your phone. One button, three levels, warm in about 30 seconds.
Is a power bank included?
No. Any 5V/2A USB power bank works; a 10,000 mAh bank gives roughly 6 to 8 hours on medium.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug the power bank, zip the pocket, machine wash cold on gentle, hang dry. Never tumble dry.
Is it safe?
The heating elements run at low voltage (5V) with an automatic cut-off. It's the same technology used in heated car seats, at a fraction of the power.
