If it isn't right, send it back. You have 30 days from delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Heated items must be returned with any included cables.
- Email hello@wintermae.com with your order number and we'll send the return address and a label.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the return arriving.
- Wrong size? Exchanges are free, we ship the new size as soon as the return is scanned.
Received something damaged or incorrect? Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it, no return needed.
