Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship outside the US yet.

Where orders ship from

Every order ships from the Wintermae fulfillment center in the United States, so there are no customs forms or import fees.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse.

Delivery estimates

Continental US: 3 to 8 business days after shipping, via USPS.
Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO: 7 to 12 business days after shipping.
Delivery windows are estimates. Carriers can run late around Thanksgiving and in the week before Christmas; please order early for gifts.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $6.95. We are not able to offer expedited shipping at this time.

Tracking

Tracking is included on every order. If tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, email hello@wintermae.com and we will chase the carrier for you.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then email us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier and, if the package can't be found, send a replacement.

Address errors

Please double check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or reship it for a $6.95 fee.
