Every package gets a tracking link. Here is how to find yours.
1. Check your shipping email
The moment your order leaves the fulfillment center, we email you a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Wintermae.
2. See your order in your account
Sign in with your email to see every order, its status and its tracking link. No password needed: we email you a one-time code.
3. Still stuck?
Write to hello@wintermae.com with your order number and we will chase it for you. If your order has items from different fulfillment centers, they may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
