Cold starts at the neck. This is a plain, soft charcoal scarf from the outside, 33 inches long, with a heating panel sewn into the back of the neck where it does the most good. Press the button once and it is warm within a minute; press again to step through three settings. It takes the same power bank as the Pocket Hand Warmer, so one charger runs both.
32.7 x 3.9 inches, 4.2 oz. 5V USB, 1A to 2A. Remove the power bank, then machine wash cold on gentle and dry flat. Do not iron, tumble dry or dry clean.
